Terms & Conditions

These terms govern how you host, join and play matches on Game, and how winnings are calculated and paid out. Please read them carefully before creating or joining a game — using the platform means you accept them.

01 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, hosting a game, or joining a game as a player on Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

  • Host — the user who creates and manages a game session, sets its rules, and invites a Player to join.
  • Player — the user who joins a game session created by a Host in order to compete.
  • Game — a single match or session played on the Platform with a defined outcome of Win or Loss.
  • Wallet — the in-app balance used to hold entry amounts and winnings.
  • Winnings — the amount credited to the winning user's Wallet once a Game is marked complete.

03 Eligibility & accounts

To use Game, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for real-money gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Reside in a location where participation in skill-based or real-money games is legally permitted.
  • Hold only one active account; duplicate accounts may be suspended.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether you acted as a Host or a Player.

04 Host & player roles

Every Game on the Platform involves exactly two participants, each taking on one of the following roles:

🎯 Host

Creates the Game, sets the entry amount and rules, and shares the invite so a Player can join. The Host is responsible for starting the Game only once both sides are ready.

🎮 Player

Joins a Game created by a Host, agrees to the stated entry amount and rules, and competes to determine the Win/Loss outcome.

Both the Host and the Player must confirm the result of a Game truthfully. Falsely reporting a result is a violation of these Terms and may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of Winnings.

05 Gameplay & fair play

A Game session starts once both the Host and the Player have joined and confirmed readiness. The outcome — Win or Loss — is determined by the rules set at the start of that Game and, where applicable, verified by the Platform's result-tracking system.

Fair play requirements

  • No use of bots, scripts, emulators, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • No collusion between Host and Player to manufacture a predetermined outcome for the purpose of extracting Winnings unfairly.
  • No exploiting bugs or glitches; any such issue should be reported to support instead.
Note: Games flagged for suspicious activity may have their Winnings held pending manual review.

06 Winnings, payouts & wallet

When a Game is completed, the confirmed winner's Wallet is credited with the agreed Winnings for that Game. The losing participant's entry amount contributes to the pool from which Winnings are paid, subject to any applicable platform fee described in Section 7.

  • Winnings are credited automatically once both participants confirm the result, or after admin verification in case of a dispute.
  • Withdrawals from the Wallet to a bank account or payment method may require identity verification (KYC).
  • The Platform reserves the right to delay or reverse a payout if fraud, collusion, or a Terms violation is suspected.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are listed in the Wallet section of the app.

07 Fees, commission & taxes

Game may deduct a platform commission from the total entry pool of each Game before crediting Winnings to the winner. The applicable commission rate is shown to both the Host and Player before a Game begins, so there are no hidden deductions.

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on their Winnings under the laws of their country or region. Game may deduct tax at source where required by law and will disclose this at the time of payout.

08 Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create fake or multiple accounts to farm Winnings or bonuses.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse another Host or Player, in-app or otherwise.
  • Use the Platform for money laundering or to move funds unrelated to genuine gameplay.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems.
  • Share your account credentials with anyone else.

Violating this section may result in an immediate suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance linked to the violation, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

09 Responsible gaming

Game encourages responsible play. We provide optional tools to help you manage your activity, including:

  • Daily or weekly deposit and entry limits you can set on your account.
  • A self-exclusion option to temporarily or permanently pause your account.
  • Reminders about time spent in active Games.

If gaming stops being fun or starts to feel like a problem, please reach out to a local support service or contact us for help pausing your account.

10 Disputes & cancellations

If the Host and Player disagree on a Game's result, either party can raise a dispute from the Game screen within 24 hours of completion. Our support team will review available evidence — such as in-app result logs — and issue a final decision.

A Game may be cancelled before it starts by mutual agreement, in which case entry amounts are refunded to each user's Wallet in full. Once a Game has started, cancellation is only permitted due to a verified technical fault.

11 Liability & disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." While we work to keep matchmaking, result tracking and payouts accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues, device problems, or a Host/Player's own conduct during a Game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game's total liability for any claim relating to a Game is limited to the entry amount involved in that specific Game.

12 Privacy & data

We collect account, gameplay and transaction data to operate the Platform, process payouts, and prevent fraud. Details of what we collect and how it is used are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that puts other users or the Platform at risk. Where an account is terminated for a confirmed violation, any Wallet balance directly tied to that violation may be forfeited; otherwise, remaining legitimate balance will be made available for withdrawal.

14 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your registered service city, unless local law requires otherwise.
